The way we work

When they ask us for a cold-forming service, the first thing we do is carefully analyse the request. If a drawing, provided by the customer, is already available, we see if modifications are necessary or if it is possible to proceed. If, on the other hand, the drawing does not exist, we create it by listening carefully to the requirements and needs. We work with the customer until the drawing is ready. Then we move on to profiling.

Profiling is a metalworking process in which the material is cold-formed. This gives the material greater resistance to breakage and a better ability to maintain the precise dimensions of the finished product.
We carry out cold forming using special machines equipped with rollers. It is these rollers that will profile the metal. We therefore set the machine in our possession meticulously, with the aim of obtaining exactly the shape we have set. The cold-formed profiles we commonly produce come in various shapes and sizes.
