The passion of Aldo Pastarini led to the creation, in 1958, of CAMA srl, which began its activity producing components for the Innocenti Lambretta. Over time, the company specialized in the supply of structural and aesthetic components for the automotive industry, arriving in 1964 at the design of a tilt-forward system for the Mini.
In 1970, it became the seat rail supplier for Alfa Romeo.
In 1984, CAMA patented a U-profile seat rail system and became the supplier of steel aesthetic parts for FIAT.
In 1995, it began working with Pininfarina on convertible car roof structures, and had numerous other important collaborations in the following years with companies such as Cadillac, Allantè, Chrysler, Maserati.
Today, our company collaborates with prestigious brands such as Ferrari, Maserati, Bugatti and Sparco.

CAMA srl undertakes design, research and development for technological innovation in the mechanical engineering and home automation sector in general, and the transport vehicle sector in particular (motor vehicles, motorcycles, boats/ships, industrial and agricultural vehicles, trains and aircraft), with particular specialization in the field of metal profiles and seat rails and that of safety in all types of vehicles.
CAMA Srl performs continuous monitoring and quality control on its production of metallic profiles, seat rails and devices for the safety and maximum efficiency of the seat anchoring and sliding mechanism.
It is involved, both directly and indirectly, on its own behalf or that of its customers, in the conceptualization, design, production and marketing of metal profiles and rails in general and particularly for transport vehicle seats. The company operates throughout Italy and internationally.
Therefore, in addition to its regular production of special cold-formed metal profiles and vehicle seat rails, CAMA srl is now placing its experience and top-level know-how at the service of its partners for the realization of the following projects:
Industrial development and production of its seat rails to meet the various requirements of fixed-barrier crash tests;
Pre-industrial, industrial and production development of circular rails for motor vehicles;
Large-scale production of specially designed profiles;
Consolidation of the partnership between customer and supplier for the production of dedicated customized profiles to meet various customer needs in the automotive field.
